Berth Reservations 

Our Reservation Department can assist you with your berth requests in all ports of Mediterranean All commercial and private port formalities are organized and executed by our department leaving your arrival and departure hassle free. 

Parsifal Reservation Department is also able to provide clients with a daily weather report. Our professional team is always up to date with local weather conditions in the area you are cruising.

Yacht Clearance & Formalities

We assist with all arrival & departure formalities for commercial vessels. We also offer assistance in all Customs and Immigration Procedures as well as specialized authorisations.

We support you for the entire duration of your stay while cruising and entering in and out of your selected ports of call in Greece 

Food & Beverage, Provisioning

The Food & Beverage Dept. is specialized and highly experienced in selecting the finest quality & freshest daily provisions on the market. We are supported by preferred local and international suppliers.

Our Parsifal provisions team gives that personal touch, shopping for our clients needs directly for all goods and personal articles.

We work around the clock to provide flexible and timely delivery services, able to reach ones needs whether in local ports or anchored off-shore. 

Insurance, Repair and Fuel Costs

With our strong contacts in these fields we can often place these expenses at more favorable rates than the Owner. We will ensure that the yacht is properly and comprehensively insured wherever she may be cruising. We will also make recommendations to the Owner for health and medical insurance for the crew

Technical Support

Being on an island makes technical services quite difficult. We have created a network with local suppliers and logistics to support and assist engineers and technicians with spare parts, repair and maintenance services onboard. 

Audits and Surveys

When addressing the issue of ISM auditing, Parsifal takes a supportive stance with the belief that a strong internal audit process is critical, therefore the role of the DPA (Designated Person Ashore) has been re-examined. Key roles involve close attention to monitoring the safety, pollution aspects of the operation of each Yacht and the Quality of services, ensuring that adequate resources and shore-based support are applied as required, and that each DPA has no more than 5-6 Yachts within their responsibility.

Parsifal has established a plan of periodic and no-scheduled surveys in order to ensure the implemented systems are strictly followed in case of a non conformity scheduled corrective actions to be taken in order to preserve the Yacht in the best condition 

Our management team has an established 24/7 emergency contact - with the Designated Person Ashore (DPA), as an option for yachts who desire a more intense support system.

We can also provide 24-hour/365-days per year support services for: emergency medical response, security, salvage.

Refit Management

From routine maintenance and Special surveys to complete rebuilds. We offer Owners, Captains and Crew a complete supervision service, including draw up and verify work lists, negotiate yard quotes and contracts, as well as providing day-to-day supervision from start to completion of the work.
